Creasys Youth Foundation wants to help young people unleash their potential, supporting creative ideas through investments in projects developed according to a model of personal and professional growth that combines the qualities and moral skills of each person, supported by a dedicated development path that positively contributes to improving the quality of life and interpersonal relationships.
Projects for young people
The Foundation creates a partnership with young people interested in promoting their projects. Guidelines have been defined to help creative youth formulate their proposals in a clear and complete way, with simple and concrete objectives, defined times, methods of implementation, necessary resources and clear forecast of social and economic growth that the project provides, directly for the proponents and indirectly for other young people.
Teams of experts and coaches are made available to proponents who can advise and provide useful information to young people in order to achieve the expected results better.
The projects must guarantee a multiplication factor of growth higher than the initial economic support received. This requirement, needed by each project supported by CYF, guarantees the effectiveness of the aid provided since it promotes its extension to other young people who will be involved subsequently. In fact, the results obtained from each supported project are reused and invested in supporting new projects, in a virtuous continuum, thus activating a “value chain”.

Involvement of partners
The Foundation has activated local and international relations of cooperation with entrepreneurs, universities, youth associations, which operate both in developed economic areas and in developing countries. Through medium and long-term partnerships, the access of new young entrepreneurs to the global market is promoted using digital technologies.
Partners are involved in participating in projects aimed at:
1. Promoting closer collaboration and sharing of skills among young people.
2. Encouraging the exchange of information between young people and their communities;
3. Supporting the development of the project which must always guarantee a multiplicative factor, so that the outcome will be greater than the support received.
4. Availing part of the added value of the project to support the start-up of new projects by other young people, for the common good and social and community development.
Studies and research
CYF supports scientific research and studies of particular social interest for its mission, whose innovative results can offer original solutions for the growth of skills, for the direction of projects and for the activation of new collaborations that can benefit young people and their communities.
