The first contest launched by CYF, through an informal call open to colleagues and friends, has seen young and old people getting involved, creating and presenting 15 creative ideas for the Foundation’s logo. The ideas, kept anonymous, were judged objectively. It was nice to discover that the winning idea
really was of a young man. Lorenzo, 20, a student in Communication Sciences, has been able to combine the distinctive elements of the CYF roots with
modern and creative graphic ideas. For him, a small prize that fully represents the spirit with which the Foundation operates: a spruce wood mobile
phone amplifier, produced by using trees shot down by the VAIA storm. For each item sold, a tree was replanted. Really innovative and sustainable, isnt’it?
