The First CYF Contest 2022 is Underway!
Inspired by “WORLD CREATIVITY & INNOVATION DAY,” we are open to evaluating creative projects related to the four thematic areas of the Creasys Youth Foundation, which will be submitted by June 21, 2022. The initiative’s jury will select four winners by July 4. Each winner will receive: Free access to thematic workshops useful for perfecting the project and its concrete realization; A financial award of €1,500.00. If you are between 18 and 30 years old and have an innovative project to realize, this is the contest for you. The CYF Video Presentation is Online!
Rome – February 25, 2022. The video presentation of the Creasys Youth Foundation is finally online. A few minutes that retrace the birth, objectives, and values that allowed an ambitious idea to transform into a serious and unique reality, dedicated to young people around the world: the CYF. “Inspire, innovate, support,” more than our motto, is the perfect summary of the service we offer to all young talents between 18 and 30 years old: the opportunity to transform innovative projects into new businesses. Innovating Together: CYF at Maker Faire Rome 2021
Rome – On Friday, October 8, the Creasys Youth Foundation participated in the IX edition of Maker Faire Europe 2021, the largest innovation fair in Europe, set in the Gazometro Ostiense, a location never before open to the public and an undisputed symbol of the 20th-century industrial revolution. Curious and inspired by these novelties, which coincide with the foundation’s first almost official outing, we visited MKF2021 in search of interesting ideas, young creatives, and partners interested in getting involved with CYF, which aims to INSPIRE, INNOVATE, SUPPORT. At the fair, we were surprised by various projects, illustrated by well-prepared and passionate young people, and we had the opportunity to talk with the companies and partners who accompanied them in this process, truly believing in their potential. Let’s Restart by Focusing on Creativity
We found ourselves in the same sea, on the same boat, without even deciding to set sail. With the arrival of Sars_Covid 19, much has changed in everyone’s life. Yet, we believe that young people still have something to say, now more than ever. For this reason, we have chosen some thematic areas within which to place the creative ideas to be sent to CYF: Innovative solutions in arts and crafts Culture and heritage enhancement Eco-sustainable projects for a circular economy New technologies for daily life Innovation is a must, as is evaluating the social impact, the change we would all like to experience both in daily life and when we are looking for something special. We await your proposals: not all is lost, let’s focus on creativity.
First CYF Contest: Won by a Young Student in SdC
The first contest organized by CYF, through an informal call open to colleagues and friends, saw both young and older participants come forward, creating and presenting 15 creative ideas for the Foundation’s logo. The ideas, kept anonymous, were judged objectively. It was wonderful to discover that the winning idea came from a young person. Lorenzo, 20 years old, a Communication Sciences student, managed to combine the distinctive elements of CYF’s roots with modern and creative graphic insights. He received a small prize that fully represents the spirit with which the Foundation operates: a mobile phone amplifier made of spruce wood, produced by reusing trees felled by the VAIA storm. For every item sold, a tree was replanted. More innovative and sustainable than that!
Launch of the Creasys Youth Foundation
On December 23, 2020, during the Christmas corporate event of Creasys S.r.L., which saw around a hundred employees and consultants of the corporate group connect remotely, the founders of CYF had the joy of officially announcing the birth of the Creasys Youth Foundation, an ETS foundation. The CYF will promote the realization of innovative entrepreneurial projects, conceived by young talents from all over the world. Happy creativity!
