The Creasys Youth Foundation Ets is an official partner of the “ICARE – Change, Accompany, Rediscover Experiences” project, promoted by the Engim San Paolo Foundation in collaboration with various non-profit organizations.
December 2023 marked the launch of this three-year project, which will involve CYF trainers in orientation workshop modules designed to help uncover the skills and attitudes of the beneficiary young people. These modules, delivered through non-formal learning methods, were specifically designed for young students of the Engim San Paolo Vocational Education and Training Institute in Rome.
Until 2026, CYF will contribute 1.200 hours dedicated to ICARE, split between classroom courses, course preparation, workshops, seminars, working groups with partners, and tutorial support.
All the updates relating to ICARE project and classroom training are shared by CYF through the Foundation’s official website and social media channels.
For the first Contest organized by CYF, the Foundation provided the winners with training modules designed to bridge the gaps in competencies and soft skills necessary for refining and implementing their projects. The topics covered, both in Italian and English, with the young talents were:
The training was extended to all members of the teams working on the various projects. This ensured that the different teams could benefit from the service as a whole, optimizing the development of the project phases.
The training was delivered both in-person and online, by project coaches and external trainers who are partners of the Foundation.
